Fat Tire tasting: Edmonds’ Brigid’s Bottleshop is hosting Colorado’s Fat Tire Brewing for a tasting from 6 to 8 p.m. July 13 at the taproom, 190 Sunset Ave., Suite C., Edmonds.

Whitewall Brewing tasting: Kenmore’s 192 Brewing is hosting Marysville’s Whitewall Brewing for a tasting from 6 to 8 p.m. July 17 at the brewery, 7324 NE 175th St., Kenmore.

Fort George Brewery tasting: Bothell’s The Hop and Hound is hosting Astoria’s Fort George Brewery from 5 to 9 p.m. July 17 at the taproom, 18116 101st Ave. NE, Bothell.

Everybody’s Brewing tasting: Lynnwood’s Special Brews is hosting White Salmon’s Everybody’s Brewing for a tasting at 5 p.m. July 18 at the taproom, 14608 Highway 99, Suite 307, Lynnwood.

Lost Canoe Brewing tasting: Everett’s Crucible Brewing is hosting Snohomish’s Lost Canoe Brewing for a tasting from 5 to 8 p.m. July 18 at the brewery, 909 SE Everett Mall Way, Suite D440, Everett.

Seattle Beers Made By Walking No. 2: Three breweries with connections to Snohomish County will be celebrated in the next iteration of Seattle Beers Made By Walking, which invites brewers to go on walks and brew beers inspired by plants found on the trail. Volunteer naturalist Nelson Salisbury will lead a tour of the South Tiger Traverse Trails at 10 a.m. July 19. The hike is free. There will be another BMBW event in the fall.

Dog Days of Summer Pub & Pup Crawl: Everett’s Lazy Boy Brewing, Crucible Brewing and Middleton Brewing are hosting the Dog Days of Summer Pub & Pup Crawl on July 21. Enjoy doggie treats made with brewer’s spent grain at Crucible, a doggie photo booth at Lazy Boy and a pet grooming station at Middleton. The three breweries collaborated on a watermelon kolsch that will be on tap at all three breweries.

Anderson Summer School Brewfest: Bothell’s McMenamins Anderson School is hosting the second annual Anderson Summer School Brewfest July 21 at the brewery, 18607 Bothell Way NE, Bothell. Taste more than 50 beers and ciders from local breweries and cideries, listen to live music and enjoy food. Tickets are $25 and include a pint glass and 12 tokens. Arlington Brewfest: The third annual Arlington Brewfest is from 4 to 9 p.m. July 21 at Legion Memorial Park, 114 N. Olympic Ave., Arlington. There will be beer, wine, cider and food. Advance tickets are $25 and $30 at the door. Money raised by the event will go to Vision for a Cure, a non-profit that supports Usher syndrome.

Firestone Walker tap takeover: Lynnwood’s Special Brews is hosting California’s Firestone Walker Brewing for a tap takeover at 5 p.m. July 25 at the taproom, 14608 Highway 99, Suite 307, Lynnwood.

At Large Brewing tasting: Everett’s At Large Brewing will be traveling to Renton’s The Brewmaster’s Taproom for a tasting from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. July 26 at the taproom, 2000 Benson Road S., Renton.

Ballast Point tasting: Snohomish’s Josh’s Taps & Caps is hosting San Diego’s Ballast Point Brewing for a tasting at 5 p.m. July 26 at the taproom, 1800 Bickford Ave., Suite 210, Snohomish.

Double Mountain Brewing tasting: Lynnwood’s Special Brews is hosting Hood River’s Double Mountain Brewing for a tasting at 5 p.m. Aug. 8 at the taproom, 14608 Highway 99, Suite 307, Lynnwood.

Historical Beer Tasting with Ron Pattinson: Bothell’s Foggy Noggin Brewing is hosting British beer historian Ron Pattinson for a book event and beer tasting from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Aug. 10 at the brewery, 22329 53rd Ave. SE, Bothell. Sky Valley Corks & Kegs Block Party: The Monroe Chamber of Commerce and Sky Valley Family YMCA hosts the Sky Valley Corks & Kegs Block Party from 4 to 9 p.m. Aug. 11 next to Harry’s On Tye, 14286 169th Drive SE, Monroe. The block party will include a number of local breweries and wineries, food trucks and live music. Tickets are $25 and can be purchased through Eventbrite.

BrewFest on the Skagit: The 16th annual BrewFest on the Skagit is from 4 to 9 p.m. Aug. 11 at Skagit Riverwalk Park in downtown Mount Vernon. Nearly 30 breweries will be pouring beer, including Diamond Knot Craft Brewing and Lazy Boy Brewing. Advance tickets are $25 or $30 at the gate.

Root Beer & Beer Can Derby: Camano Island’s Naked City Brewing is hosting its second annual Root Beer & Beer Can Derby at 4:30 p.m. Aug. 11 at the Naked City Camano location, 848 N. Sunrise Blvd., Suite E101, Camano. The entry fee is five non-perishable food items, with all donations going directly to the Stanwood Food Bank.

Hellbent Brewing tasting: Lynnwood’s Special Brews is hosting Seattle’s Hellbent Brewing for a tasting at 5 p.m. Aug. 22 at the taproom, 14608 Highway 99, Suite 307, Lynnwood.

Marysville Brew & Cider Fest: Enjoy local beer and cider at this year’s Marysville Brew & Cider Fest from 1 to 9 p.m. Sept. 8 at the Marysville Opera House, 1225 Third St., Marysville. A number of local breweries will be pouring beer, including Marysville’s Whitewall Brewing. Advance tickets are $25 (until Aug. 1), $30 after and $35 at the door.
