Scuttlebutt Oktoberfest: Everett’s Scuttlebutt Brewing is hosting its second annual Oktoberfest celebration at 1 p.m. Sept. 14 at the taproom, 3314 Cedar St., Everett. Scuttlebutt will be featuring six German-style beers, including a helles bock, schwarzbier, Berliner weiss and the brewery’s award-winning altbier. Admission is $5 and includes an Oktoberfest button or $15 for a button and stein.

Foggy Noggin historical beer tasting: Bothell’s Foggy Noggin Brewing is tapping a keg of Whitbread Strong, a World War II era strong ale, at noon on Sept. 14 at the brewery, 22329 53rd Ave. SE, Bothell.

Caldera Brewing tasting: Lynnwood’s Special Brews is hosting Caldera Brewing for a tasting at 5 p.m. Sept. 18 at the taproom, 14608 Highway 99, Suite 307, Lynnwood.

SnoTown Brewing tasting: Mukilteo’s Diamond Knot Brewing is hosting Snohomish’s SnoTown Brewing for a tasting at 6 p.m. Sept. 18 at the alehouse, 621 Front St., Mukilteo.

SnoTown taps fresh hop: Snohomish’s SnoTown Brewing is tapping its fresh hop Centennial IPA on Sept. 18 at the brewery, 511 Second St., Snohomish.

Edmonds Oktoberfest: The inaugural Edmonds Oktoberfest is Sept. 20 and 21 at the Frances Anderson Center in downtown Edmonds. The festival features more than 30 beers from local craft breweries, live music and food trucks. The times are 4:30 to 10 p.m. Sept. 20 and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sept. 21.

Beer in the Barn: Trails End Taphouse is hosting the fifth annual Beer in the Barn 3 p.m. Sept. 21 at Thomas Family Farm, 9010 Marsh Road, Snohomish. The beer festival benefits the Snohomish Panther Junior Football Association. Advance tickets are $25, or $30 at the door, and can be purchased at www.thomasfamilyfarm.com/beer-in-the-barn.

Skooktoberfest: Arlington’s Skookum Brewery is hosting its annual Skooktoberfest at noon Sept. 21 at the brewery, 17925 59th Ave. NE, Arlington. Seattle’s Holy Mountain Brewing, Yakima’s Varietal Brewing and Winthrop’s Old Schoolhouse Brewery will be serving beer. Also on hand will be fare from Taylor Shellfish Farms, Salt Blade and San Juan Cigars.

Perihelion Brewing tasting: Diamond Knot Craft Brewing is hosting Seattle’s Perihelion Brewing for a tasting at 6 p.m. Sept. 26 at the brewpub, 5602 232nd St. SW, Mountlake Terrace.

Crucible Brewers tasting: Arlington’s Steins Taphouse is hosting Everett’s Crucible Brewing for a tasting at 6 p.m. Sept. 26 at the taphouse, 20308 77th Ave. NE, Arlington.

Whitewall Oktoberfest: Marysville’s Whitewall Brewing is hosting its 2019 Oktoberfest at 1 p.m. Sept. 28 at the brewery, 14524 Smokey Point Blvd., Suite 1, Marysville.

Oktoberfest Pub Crawl: The trio of south Everett breweries — Middleton, Crucible and Lazy Boy — and Soundbite Cider are hosting an Oktoberfest Pub Crawl on Sept. 28. Enjoy special Oktoberfest beer releases, brats, pretzel necklaces and more.

Anderson School Oktoberfest: Enjoy German-style beers, German food and live music at Anderson School’s Oktoberfest celebration on Sept. 28 at the McMenamins’ Mill Creek Brewery, 18607 Bothell Way NE, Bothell.

Fresh Hop Invitational at The Independent: Everett’s The Independent Beer Bar is hosting 16 fresh hop beers from Northwest breweries for an invitational contest at 4 p.m. Oct. 1 at the taproom, 1801 Hewitt Ave., Everett. The top three most ordered beer will be crowned the winners. This year’s attendees include 5 Rights, At Large, Crucible, Hellbent, Middleton, Standard and Stoup.

Fresh Hop Ale Festival: Yakima is hosting the Fresh Hop Ale Festival from 5 to 10 p.m. Oct. 5 at 5 West Yakima Ave. There will be more than 70 breweries pouring fresh hop beers, including Skookum Brewery and At Large Brewing. Tickets are $45. More at www.freshhopalefestival.com.

Crucible Brewing’s 4th Anniversary: Everett’s Crucible Brewing is hosting its fourth anniversary at noon Oct. 5 at the brewery, 909 SE Everett Mall Way, Suite D440, Everett. The theme of the party is Viking Days and there will be axe throwing, viking duck races and live music. Beers releases include Molten Cherry, a tart sour, bourbon barrel-aged Putin Out stout and Grand Cru-cible, a Belgian dubbel.

Freshies and Friends at 5 Rights: Marysville’s 5 Rights Brewing is hosting a fresh hop event to showcase some of the best fresh hop beers around on Oct. 10 at the brewery, 1514 Third St., Marysville. Breweries there will include At Large, Skookum, Reuben’s, Crucible and Whitewall.
