LYNNWOOD — An Edmonds man died in a car crash Sunday morning on Highway 99 north of Lynnwood.
Patrick Babb-Henry, 30, was driving south on the highway around 8:30 a.m. The vehicle crossed all northbound lanes, hit a utility pole and concrete barrier, and stopped in the center turn lane near 156th Street SW, according to the Washington State Patrol.
Babb-Henry died at the scene.
The cause of the crash was under investigation.
The collision disrupted highway traffic in the area for over 2 hours.
