ARLINGTON — Josh McIntyre led off the fourth inning with a solo homer and Josh Steventon hit a two-run double later in the frame to give the Eagles a Cascade Conference victory on Wednesday.

It was the first loss of the season for Lakewood (4-1 league, 6-1 overall).

Josh Thompson threw a complete-game shutout for Cedar Park Christian-Bothell (4-1, 6-2), striking out four and walking two.

Hunter Fritz went 2-for-3 with the Cougars, and Matt Seiber struck out four and walked two in defeat.
