Look who’s talking now: Fox News Channel anchor Megyn Kelly says that network boss Roger Ailes made unwanted sexual advances toward her about 10 years ago, according to published reports (Page B10). The disclosure came amid an investigation by the network of alleged unwanted sexual advances by Ailes toward former Fox anchor Gretchen Carlson.
The Buzz hereby calls for a second investigation into a bigger question: Has there ever been a wanted sexual advance by Roger Ailes?
Presumptive no longer: Delegates formally nominated Donald Trump and running mate Mike Pence on Day 2 of the Republican National Convention in Cleveland. (Page A6).
GOP officials, however, were most cheered by what did not happen: In remarks from the stage, Trump offspring Tiffany and Donald Jr. did not plagiarize Malia and Sasha Obama.
Gut reaction: The Republican National Convention was hit by an outbreak of norovirus, also known as the stomach flu (Page A6).
Symptoms of norovirus can include vomiting, diarrhea, and Rudy Giuliani’s convention speech Monday night.
