Camano Center: New Year’s Eve Dance with Camano Junction, 8 p.m. to midnight Dec. 31, 606 Arrowhead Road, Camano Island. Free dance class begins a half hour before the dance. Snacks and a champagne or no-alcoholic toast provided. Cost is $25; students $15. Call 360-387-0222.

Edmonds Senior Center: Fling Dance with live bands, 1 to 3 p.m. Fridays at Edmonds Senior Center, 220 Railroad Ave. Cost is $4 and includes coffee and snacks. No partner necessary. Easy beginning line dance class Mondays at 3:30 p.m. for $4 a person and dance sampler class Tuesdays at 1:30 p.m. for $5 a person. Class includes foxtrot, swing and waltz instruction. Freewheelers Square Dance Club: Mountlake Terrace Community Senior Center, 23000 Lakeview Drive. Dances are 7 to 10 p.m. on first, third and some fifth Sundays. Dances are mainstream on the first Sundays and plus on the third Sundays. New dance classes for beginners are Wednesdays from 7 to 9 p.m. A partner is not required.
