This week’s featured new construction is a one-bedroom, 1.75-bath flat-style unit located at the Hoyt Avenue Condominiums in downtown Everett. Ownership includes a 10-year real estate tax exemption. The bottom two floors of the building are owned by Everett Elks Lodge #479.

The Baker model includes secure underground parking, an 81 square-feet storage unit, and an oversized rooftop deck common area with an almost 360-degree view spanning Port Gardner Bay, the Olympic Mountains, Mount Baker and the Cascade Mountains.
