LYNNWOOD – Sharp shooting in the first half and tight third-quarter defense helped Meadowdale take a 52-46 Wesco South victory over Everett at Meadowdale High School Tuesday night.
Bryant Marsh made four of his five 3-pointers in the first half to lead Meadowdale to a 35-25 advantage.
Meadowdale allowed Everett just four points in the third quarter and extended its lead to 45-29.
Marsh finished with 15 points, Rubel Kidanu had 18 and Nero Threet scored 12 to lead Meadowdale.
“We spread it around pretty good,” Meadowdale assistant Dean Wiley said. “Any night anybody can step up and be in double figures for us.”
Everett was paced by Gia Luu with 11 points.
