Seahawks' Engram returns to practice

RENTON -- Wide receiver Bobby Engram was among several players back on the practice field when the Seattle Seahawks returned to work Monday afternoon.

Engram, quarterback Seneca Wallace, receiver Koren Robinson and right guard Floyd Womack were among the injured players who returned to practice. The only notable no-show at the start of practice was running back Maurice Morris, who is nursing a sore knee.

The Seahawks (1-2) had a bye over the weekend and play their next game Sunday against the New York Giants. Coach Mike Holmgren said last week that he hoped to have his entire roster ready for the game.

Engram, Robinson and wide receiver Deion Branch are among the players who have yet to participate in a game this season.
