It does not call for more IRS agents

In response to the Monday letter “Cut civil servants before military”:

Comparing military pay to civil service wages is a pretty lopsided argument, don’t you think?

One is for entry level teens, with free room and board, and college. The other is for career professionals.

You know, the kind that are tough to attract, because they could make more in the private sector.

If you’re unhappy with the IRS, write your congressman or attend a local party meeting. It is untrue, a lie, wrong, completely de-bunked that the IRS will hire 16,000 people to enforce the new health-care law’s mandate. Please read the bill. I have personally read both parts and it is a toothless mandate with no real penalties. It will not require any new IRS agents. Read it for yourself. It’s online, remember?

Look, folks, it’s “We the People”; we can have as many services as we want to support or as little. The whole argument is only about divisive politics. Don’t be a pawn in their chess game.
