William J. Denham’s Saturday guest commentary, “Has ‘fairness’ blinded us to common sense?” said it right: We have bent over backward to be politically correct and screwed our legal citizens over.

There is no need to blame; people in both political parties made billions on the backs of illegal immigrants. It is time to enforce the law and not worry about hurt feelings. No one gets to choose which laws they are going to obey (this one’s for you, cell phone users, texters and red light runners), not even politicians.
