The Grizzled Mighty to shoot new music video in Everett
Opening the show is Born of Ghosts who have built a great following from Everett to Seattle lately. Though they have been gigging pretty hard for about a year, I have only had the pleasure of seeing them perform once and I am excited to see them again.
Now, we need to talk about The Rec Room a little bit. I have been hearing about this secret Everett "hideout" for a while now but had never actually seen it and didn't know where it was. Last night I received a tour of The Rec Room from the owner Chip Butters of Butters Sound, which is his recording studio that is run out of The Rec Room.
Walking from a sidewalk on Hewitt down the stairs into the main room I instantly felt like I was in a whole different world. It certainly didn't feel like Everett and it isn't like any place I have ever been. A chance to see a band like The Grizzled Mighty in an intimate setting like this doesn't come along often and you get a chance to be in their new music video
Tomorrow night's show will start at 9 p.m. and is for ages 21 and older. There are still some tickets left that you can purchase here for $20. Refreshments are included in the price of admission.
