SNOHOMISH — Nine Glacier Peak High School students have been disciplined after two apparently unrelated incidents the weekend of Feb. 8 and 9.
One involved three girls who took inappropriate photos while on campus. The photos ended up on social media, according to Kristin Foley, school district spokeswoman. She declined to elaborate.
The second involved six Glacier Peak students in a parked school bus after hours. “It wasn’t to ride home,” Foley said of their presence.
She declined to say whether drugs or alcohol were involved in the second incident. “I cannot discuss it any further right now due to student privacy,” she said.
Police were contacted the following week about each incident, she said.
All nine students were disciplined, but Foley said she didn’t know what actions were taken. “All I know was that we’ve responded,” she said.
