The Everett AquaSox released their 2016 Northwest League baseball schedule on Wednesday.
The Sox, a Class A minor-league affiliate of the Seattle Mariners, open their 32nd season in Everett on the road, against the Tri-City Dust Devils, on June 17. Everett’s home opener is scheduled for June 23 at Everett Memorial Stadium against the Boise Hawks.
The first half of the NWL season ends July 25. All eight NWL teams have a three-day All-Star Break from Aug. 1-3. The NWL All-Stars play the Pioneer League All-Stars on Aug. 2 at Lindquist Field in Ogden, Utah, home of the Ogden Raptors.
The AquaSox close out their 76-game regular season on Labor Day, Sept. 5, at home against the Spokane Indians.
