In the Season 3 opener of “Running Wild With Bear Grylls,” the British adventurer leads Nick Jonas through the Sierra Nevada during blizzard conditions. Along the way, they swim across an ice-cold lake and — ick — munch on a frozen bird. 10 p.m., NBC.
