As you cast your vote for Everett City Council, I ask you to support Scott Bader in his re-election bid. His work in the neighborhoods of Everett is unparalleled to any member of the city council and his opponent.
Scott Bader co-founded the Cascade View Neighborhood, and he continues to be active in the Riverside Neighborhood in other neighborhoods throughout Everett by participating in the individual neighborhood meetings.
Scott Bader has been able to work with both Republicans and Democrats throughout our city because of his collaborative approach to the Everett City Council. His work as a fiscally responsible City Council president has not only kept the budget in check for the city, but the city has been able to avoid layoffs and closures. He is supported by our Everett firefighters, former Mayor Ed Hansen, Mayor Ray Stephanson and The Herald, groups and people who work closely with the Scott Bader.
He has stated that he wants to reinforce our public safety and emergency response, expand our parks and South Everett library system, which are in need. With emphasis on projects like these, Everett can improve its infrastructure for its citizens and possible corporations looking for a promising location. I am confident in his work to date, and I ask that you support Scott Bader by granting him another term for the Everett City Council, Position 5.
