Bags of Blessings: More volunteers are needed for an effort to provide sleeping mats to the homeless. The mats are made from plastic grocery bags. The Bags of Blessings group meets to process the bags into plastic yarn 10 a.m.-12 p.m. second and fourth Thursdays through May at Hope Foursquare Church, 5002 Bickford Ave., Snohomish.
