The Bill Baker Memorial Steel & Wheel SuperShow for classic cars, hot rods and custom motorcycles is from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 20, at Machinists Union District Lodge 751‘s Everett Union Hall, 8729 Airport Road. Registration forms are available at all District 751 union halls around Puget Sound. Last year’s event raised more than $7,800 for Guide Dogs of America.

Distillery tasting event planned in Everett

Washington On the Rocks, a distillery tasting event and fundraiser hosted by GroWashington, will take place Friday, Aug. 19 at the Everett Yacht Club located at 404 14th St., Everett. Meet the distillers, sample their products and learn about the art of creating spirits, while supporting the nonprofit that helps small businesses and entrepreneurs. The sixth annual golf fundraising tournament by the South Everett Mukilteo Rotary Club will have a shotgun start at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 26, at Harbour Pointe Golf Club in Mukilteo.
