Kamiak grad to headline golf tourney kick-off party

Kamiak High School grad Will Franz will support his new album, “Sweet Aubade,” as he headlines the kick-off party for the No Good at Golf Tournament.

The party will start at 2 p.m. Sunday. The golf tournament itself doesn’t take place until Aug. 18.

At the kick-off party, guests will get to enjoy Franz’s guitar licks, as well as some finger-licking-good barbecue, courtesy of the host venue, Rockin’ M BBQ, 1215 80th St. SW, Everett.

The free event also will award the first 10 participants in the upcoming tournament a free bucket of balls to use at the lounge’s adjoining driving range.
