EVERETT — A man who was killed Wednesday after being struck by a car along Seaway Boulevard has been identified as Cullen M. Thompson of Lake Stevens.
Thompson, 31, died of multiple blunt force injuries, according to the Snohomish Count Medical Examiner’s Office.
Police say that a 56-year-old Edmonds woman left the roadway and struck Thompson as he was walking on the shoulder. The crash happened just before 7 a.m. near the intersection with the Boeing Perimeter Road.
The driver stayed on scene and cooperated with detectives, Everett police officer Aaron Snell said earlier in the week.
The crash remains under investigation.
