MILL CREEK — The Mill Creek Police Department is searching for two men suspected of assault while attempting to break into a car.
The 35-year-old victim saw a man breaking into his car in his driveway along 41st Drive SE. It was about 3 a.m. Friday. When the victim confronted the prowler, a second man emerged from the garage and knocked the victim unconscious. The victim does not have serious injuries, according to police.
The two suspects fled and have not been found. The police department issued a press release Monday and a sketch of one of the men in hopes of generating tips.
One of the suspects is described as Hispanic and between the ages of 18 and 22, according to a press release. He is about 5-foot-4 inches and 130 pounds. He has dark eyes and short, wavy black hair that might be in a ponytail.
