Advocates of gun control laws need to do research

It’s too bad that so many people only believe what someone tells them! The whole gun control march is a perfect example. So, for all the people who think these “children” are being passionate (by more than 2-to-1, the march was made up of adults – not children) think again; that the NRA is to blame for all the misuse (murder) committed by bad people or children; and that laws will somehow keep guns especially the evil AR-15 out of the hands of people and children, what do you think about this?

If non- NRA members would stop shooting people, gun assaults would decrease by 100 percent.

I would suggest that you research who was at the March and who funded it. You can begin with George Soros. How did their D.C. permit get approved so quickly? You might also ask yourself why there were Parkland survivors not allowed to speak at all. You should also research guns, as the AR-15 is no more “assaultive” than any handgun, knife, fists or baseball bat. It just looks scarier. And, more children have been killed riding their bikes to school than have been “shot” at school! Gun deaths have gone down since 1993 compared to the number of guns owned per capita which has increased substantially, according to FBI statistics.

And regarding a recent letter writer, Howard Lazzarini’s statement, “comprehensive gun control legislation that keeps weapons like the AR-15 out of the hands of young children,” how about if parents keep all weapons out of their children’s hands?
