Dash-cam sure looks like evidence

I just can’t believe that Judge Timothy Ryan will not be charged with a DUI. (Tuesday article, “Snohomish County judge won’t be charged with DUI.”) That is a complete joke, and it makes a mockery of our judicial system, and shows that if you are a judge or a police officer that you are above the law, apparently. Any average citizen would have had to go to jail and lose their license for a year. Also, I love the explanation from the prosecutor that there was not sufficient evidence to charge him with a crime. There was a dashboard camera that recorded him swerving all over the place! That to me is sufficient evidence.

This is a shame, and it sure goes to show that our judicial system is completely broken, and preferential treatment is indeed given to those in certain positions.
