Program for poor called Work First

Regarding the letter, “Where’s work program for poor?”: I’d like to give the writer an answer to his question and remove an apparent confusion for him. There is a work program for the poor, it’s called the Work First program and it is required for all of those on welfare programs such as TANF. It is not the same as the CCC program, but it has the same result. Getting people back to work as quickly as possible.

Now, as for the president. The big mansion is called the White House and Roosevelt lived there during his term in office. The big airplane is called Air Force One and every president since its inception has used it, including President Kennedy. His staff house also includes advisers, staffers, news PR, and heavily armed Secret Service.

What I’m getting at here, is that it comes with the job!
