Promises unmet; time for a change

With so many critical posts and propositions at stake in this presidential election year, you owe it to yourself and to your country to use that vote effectively. The only way to defeat bad government is to go to the polls and change our officials for better government.

The administration has failed to cope with crucial problems. Their promises go unheeded. Homeowners’ taxes go up. So our nation needs new leadership to change America to a better way.

We need candidates who will stand firm on their pledges and promises after the election is over.

We, as taxpayers, must have a voice to cut tax spending by electing those to represent us in Congress that solemnly swears to support and defend the Constitution of the U.S. by the people, for the people, and of the people.

Moreover, it is not just a matter of keeping “In God We Trust” on our coins — it is keeping that belief in the hearts, minds and souls of people. Don’t cry for better government — go out and get it!
