Shirking job, still getting paid

I think it is disgusting that the House and Senate can’t get a budget passed. We elected them and pay them to run the country, not fight with each other on every vote that they take. What is even worse is that they still get paid, according to the Constitution, if they pass a budget or not. The rest of the government employees won’t get paid until a budget is passed. This includes the military, parks, etc. So because these rich people, the ones we elected to office, in Washington D.C. can’t do their job, a lot of people will suffer with no salary. This then says that they can’t pay their bills, buy food for their children, etc. I might add that the state government is the same way, don’t do you job and still get paid. If I played these games I would not have a job very long.
