GIRLS SOCCER: The senior midfielder scored two goals and assisted on two others in a 6-1 win over Glacier Peak.

Travis Hudson | Shoreline Christian

BOYS SOCCER: Hudson scored all three Shoreline Christian goals in a 3-1 win over North Sound Christian.

Sean Dou | Cascade

TENNIS: Dou won 4-6, 6-2, 7-5 at No. 3 singles in a 4-3 win over Stanwood.

Conner Ballew | Archbishop Murphy

BOYS CROSS COUNTRY: Ballew finished first to lead the Wildcats to the team victory in a four-team Cascade Conference meet.

Amy-Eloise Neale | Glacier Peak

GIRLS CROSS COUNTRY: The freshman runner placed first to lead the Grizzlies to the team win in a three-team Wesco meet and also won the South Whidbey Invitational.

Amy Renslo | Archbishop Murphy

GIRLS SWIMMING: Renslo swam 2A state-qualifying times in the 200-yard individual medley (2:22.29) and 100 butterfly (1:03.92) and swam on state qualifying 200 medley and 400 freestyle relay teams in a 107-73 win over Sehome.

Thomas Vincent | King’s

FOOTBALL: The junior quarterback rushed for 177 yards and two TDs, and passed for 232 yards and three TDs in a 45-13 win over Coupeville.
