Prep football: Meadowdale 30, Inglemoor 0

EDMONDS — Josiah Evans led Meadowdale with two defensive touchdowns, returning a blocked field goal for 78 yards and an interception for another 25 as the Mavericks defeated Inglemoor for their second nonleague win of the season. Malik Braxton carried the ball 16 times for 140 yards and a TD and Phillip Thomas had three receptions for 73 yards and Meadowdale’s other offensive TD. Jeremiah Evans threw 4-for-7 for 126 yards and a TD. In addition to the two defensive scores, Josiah Thomas had two receptions for 46 yards. Marzel Simmons had two sacks for the Mavericks.
