Mike Teel will serve as the third quarterback

That means Sean Locklear is active and could play today. No word yet on whether he or Damion McIntosh will start. Obomanu, who has been limited this week by an oblique injury, won’t play. As expected, RB Louis Rankin is active. He’ll return kicks and maybe get a few carries too. CB Roy Lewis, who was signed off the practice squad Monday, is active.
