Look, Dick. Look, Jane.

Go back to school — and back in time — with the Edmonds Historical Museum’s new exhibit.

“Class! Time to Learn” goes back to the beginning of the Edmonds School District, from the first classes held in George Brackett’s Feed Barn in 1884 to today’s School District’s schools.

View a rare teacher’s lesson guide from 1901, a graduation dress from 1924, Dick and Jane books, various artifacts from school programs and lots of photographs. Visitors are encouraged to sit in the old desks — if they can fit.

The exhibit is on display through the summer. The Edmonds Historical Museum Museum is located at 118 5th Avenue N. in Edmonds, and is open from 1 to 4 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday. Admission is a requested donation of $2. For more information call 425-774-0900.
