Polls on parade

Posted at 5:57 pm by Jerry Cornfield

This just in: Stuart Elway's latest poll shows Gov. Chris Gregoire ahead of Dino Rossi.

By a lot. Again.

He did one before the primary showing a 16-point lead for the governor. Primary results gave her a two-point 'win.'

Elway's latest survey shows a 12-point lead leading led Rossi spokeswoman Jill Strait to conclude:

If anything, this new poll makes us more optimistic than ever about winning. If Elway had us down 16% before the primary and we ended up within two points, than an Elway poll showing us down 12% must mean we’re headed toward victory on Election night.

Strait did include this link to Real Clear Politics that is keeping track of nearly all the polls in the race.
