Dog stolen in Marysville

MARYSVILLE — Police are investigating what appears to be a dog theft in Marysville.

Police were called about 6:30 p.m. Saturday to a home in the 8400 block of 55th Avenue NE, Marysville police Cmdr. Robb Lamoureux said.

The dog, a Siberian Husky, was reportedly taken from the home’s back yard.

An officer reviewed video from a neighbor’s house, Lamoureux said. The video shows a woman apparently pulling the dog into a vehicle. The woman is described as heavyset and white, with shoulder-length, light-colored hair, Lamoureux said.
