BELLEVUE — It will be six months on Sunday since 2-year-old Sky Metalwala was reported missing in Bellevue.
His father is still hoping someone will come forward with a tip that could bring him home.
The mother, Julia Biryukova, has refused to talk with police since she reported her son disappeared Nov. 6, after she left him alone in a car to walk for gas.
Police said there was nothing wrong with the car. Searches failed to find any sign of the boy.
KING-TV reported that Solomon Metalwala is planning a prayer service Sunday night at Heritage Park in Kirkland to keep Sky in peoples’ minds.
The parents have divorced and Solomon Metalwala has custody of Sky’s sister.
