Castillo's bases-clearing double with two outs in the top of the seventh inning gave the AquaSox the lead and Everett tacked on three more runs in the inning en route to a 6-2 victory over the Salem-Keizer Volcanoes.
In the seventh, three AquaSox walks loaded the bases. Castillo then launched a three-run double to center field to turn a one-run deficit into a 3-1 Everett lead.
After Brett Thomas reached on an error by Volcanoes first baseman Craig Massoni that scored Castillo from second, right fielder Wilton Martinez hit his first Northwest League home run over the left-field fence to extend the AquaSox lead to 6-1.
Castillo finished 2-for-4 in the game and is hitting .450 since the AquaSox (3-7) took to the road last Wednesday.
A one-out double by Salem-Keizer's Fernando Pujadas broke the scoreless tie in the bottom of the sixth inning, scoring Ryan Jones, who earlier reached on a single, from first base.
Pujadas' RBI was the only run allowed by Everett reliever Ricardo Pereira (1-1), who surrendered just five hits over 41/3 innings to earn the win.
AquaSox starter Dan Altavilla labored through 31/3 innings, allowing no runs on five hits and walking three and striking out three before being lifted because of a high pitch count.
Everett threatened with the bases loaded and one out in the top of the sixth, but Volcanoes' reliever Kirk Singer struck out Martinez and Luis Caballero to get out of the jam. Sheehan Plantas-Arteaga was thrown out at home for the first out of the inning after trying to score from second base on a Castillo single to right field.
