BREMERTON — A suspect has been arrested in connection with the March shooting at a Bremerton mobile home that left a woman and a 2-year-old boy dead, and a neighbor injured.
KOMO-TV reports that the Kitsap County Sheriff’s Office arrested the man Thursday while he was at work. They didn’t release his name.
He was booked into the Kitsap County Jail for investigation of two counts of first-degree murder and one count of first-degree assault. His bail was set at $2 million.
Heather Kelso and her roommate’s toddler son, Kaden Lum, were fatally shot at the Kariotis Mobile Home Park. A visiting neighbor was shot in the abdomen but survived.
The boy’s mother, Jalisa Lum, was also at the home but wasn’t hurt.
The shooter fled and eluded investigators for months.
