I must add my comments about the Herald’s service of late.
I’ve not received a paper four times in the last five to six weeks. Each time I’m told that they can “deliver it tomorrow,” or credit my bill. I’ve yet to see a credit. Receiving a newspaper a day late is ridiculous.
The Herald has ceased same day delivery for missed papers; more of their cost cutting at customer’s expense.
I’m one missed paper away from canceling my subscription.
