SEATTLE — Officials have identified the teen boy who was driving a stolen vehicle when he crashed into another driver, killing them both.
Medical investigators identified 16-year-old Kenneth Dion Williams Jr. as the driver who led police on a pursuit that ended in a Seattle neighborhood.
The teenager drove across the center of the road and collided with another vehicle. Medical investigators identified the other driver as 21-year-old Devin Francis.
Williams was driving a Honda that Seattle police say was stolen at gunpoint by three people.
A handgun was found in the Honda after the crash.
It’s unclear whether the teenager was connected to the carjacking.
The investigation is ongoing.
