Head in the clouds: The federal Food and Drug Administration has announced new regulations for e-cigarettes, including banning their use by minors younger than 18.
Among the new rules, e-cigarettes and the vials of liquid used in vaping will have to carry a warning label: “The Surgeon General has determined that you don’t look as cool as you think you do when vaping.”

Stages of Good Grief! House Speaker Paul Ryan is withholding his support for fellow Republican Donald Trump as the party’s nominee for president, calling on Trump to do more to unify the GOP after a caustic campaign. Paul said he hoped to come around to backing Trump.
Paul, R-Forced Smile, and the rest of the party only have a few more months before the convention to work past the bargaining stage, get past depression and finally get to acceptance.
