Let the readers vote on comics

I, too, would like to complain about the removal of Rip Haywire from your comics page. I really enjoyed that comic strip and was very disappointed to open the paper and find it replaced with another strip no one has ever heard of and which is only faintly humorous. To add insult to injury, the new comic is part of the Sunday funnies as well, which Rip never was! Seems to me that other newspapers give readers a chance to vote on which comics to add, get rid of or keep. Let’s have a vote of the people! Please get rid of the new comic and bring Rip Haywire back!
