On “Family Feud”

New stamps feature Mount St. Helens: A satellite view of the Mount St. Helens crater is one of 15 images showing eye-in-the-sky views of American geographic sites used on the Earthscapes Forever stamps.
The Earthscapes Forever stamps which debuted Monday depict America’s diverse landscapes from several hundred feet above to several hundred miles in space.
Change at the top for USS Ford: Cmdr. Donald M. Foss, Commanding Officer of the USS Ford, will be relieved by Cmdr. Joseph T. Shuler on Tuesday.
Foss has served onboard the Ford since August 2009, first as executive officer then taking command in April 2011. His new assignment is as director of the Joint Inter-Agency Task Force in Key West, Fla.
Shuler, a native of Bellevue, has served as the Ford’s executive officer since March 2011.
The USS Ford is an Oliver Hazard Perry-class frigate which has been in commissioned service since 1985.
