We are lucky to have those who would step up to represent us in public service. Your forum should be able to provide factual and fair coverage so the constituency can have enough unbiased information at their disposal to make the important and difficult decisions we need to strengthen our community.
As I listen to political discourse and read irresponsibly inaccurate reporting of The Herald through its clear bias, I must now speak or be guilty of complicity through silence. You owe Judy Tuohy an apology. To deliberately misrepresent her position on matters of such importance as public safety and our drug crisis should be beneath you. To malign a respectable, competent and capable candidate whose highest intent is to serve our community by improving the quality of life for us all, not just a select group, defies journalistic credibility. Other candidates should be able to stand on their own merit without you deliberately undermining their competition.
