Honey, have you seen my tape measure?

Stacking up As Boeing awaits the FAA’s approval for its 787 Dreamliner, Boeing’s Everett plant continues to churn out completed planes. Even with the largest building in the world by volume, Boeing’s running out of space to put the jetliners, parking a few in front of the Future of Flight center at Paine Field.

The Everett Silvertips and AquaSox have had success asking area families to host players in their homes, maybe Boeing could see if anyone would be willing to park a Dreamliner in front of their house for a few weeks.

Patron saint of Australian Rules Football: The proclamation of Australia’s first saint, 19th-century nun Mary MacKillop, was met in the Vatican’s St. Peter’s Square with chants from jubilant Australians of “Aussie Aussie Aussie! Oi Oi Oi!”

Roughly translated from Latin, “Aussie Aussie Aussie! Oi Oi Oi!” means “Hey, Mate! Crack open another Foster’s!”

I can’t believe I ate the whole thing: Residents of the Mexico City borough of Iztapalapa assembled a 230-foot-long, 1 1/2-ton enchilada to earn a Guinness world record.

The enchilada was then put in the world’s largest take-out carton because everybody filled up on chips and salsa while they were waiting.
