EVERETT— Miguel Perez and Utah Jones each homered and Cade Marlowe drove in three runs in a three-hit night as the Everett AquaSox (36-39, 18-19 second half) clobbered the Vancouver Canadians, 11-3, on Sunday at Funko Field.
Marlowe fell a home run short of the cycle for his 16th multi-hit game of the season. The University of West Georgia product extended his hit streak to six games and raised his batting average to .301.
Perez doubled and walloped his fifth homer of the season in the second for his eighth two-hit game of the season.
Deivy Florido (4-1) picked up the win after allowing two runs on three hits over seven innings. The 18-year-old struck out four and walked one in his final start of the season.
Vancouver starter Luis Quinones was handed the loss. He allowed six runs over 2.1 innings.
