This week’s featured new home is a three-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom detached condominium located in the Wisteria Station condominium complex in Bothell.

The home is a three-story floor plan that stretches over 2,309 square feet. The bottom floor and entry level includes a two-car garage, a large storage space and a private exercise or hobby room. The second floor features a great room, a dining room, a kitchen, a powder room and a den.

On the third level are a master suite, a utility room, a full bath and two additional bedrooms.

Slate ceramic tile covers the entry, which is accessed through a door with a leaded-glass inset window. An access door opens to the finished garage that’s enclosed by two individual doors with privacy glass and electric openers.

A flight of stairs ascends to the main level. A gas fireplace trimmed with slate tile is the feature in the great room, along with an entertainment alcove positioned above the fireplace. The room also benefits from a 9-foot ceiling, plush carpeting, radius corners and oversized, dual-pane vinyl windows.

Hardwood flooring covers the dining room and extends into the island-design kitchen. Three square-shaped privacy windows and an alabaster pendant light fixture brighten the dining area. Sliding glass doors open to a partially fenced back yard and an aggregate patio.

Kitchen attributes include granite tile countertops, hemlock-paneled cabinets with crown molding and plant shelves, a two-compartment stainless steel sink, a breakfast bar and a stainless steel appliance package with a four-burner gas cooktop and a built-in microwave.

The powder includes a single vanity with a laminate countertop, complementary vinyl flooring, an alabaster light fixture, a beveled mirror and a linen closet in the hall.

The den has two large windows that overlook the front of the home. High-bandwidth fiber optic cable adds to the room’s function and extends throughout the home.

A transom window brightens the stairs leading to the third level. A partial wall overlooks the stairwell and provides an alcove for a computer workstation or reading area.

Master suite appointments include a vaulted ceiling, four windows, an alabaster pendant light fixture and a generously proportioned sleeping area. A five-piece master bath and a walk-in wardrobe closet with a built-in wall safe augment the room.

Bathroom amenities include a double vanity topped with ceramic tile and a mosaic tile backsplash, a triangular soaker tub encased in a ceramic tile deck and surround, and a freestanding shower with faux white tile fiberglass shell and a clear glass enclosure.

The second full bath has a shower/tub combination with a fiberglass shell. The utility room has a full-length storage shelf and vinyl flooring.
