This week’s featured new home is a four-bedroom condominium with two full bathrooms, a three-quarter bath and a half bath.

Located at Silver Way Trail in south Everett, the three-story condo stretches over 2,086 square feet and is on a 3,040-square-foot lot owned by the buyer.

The bottom floor, which is the entry level, includes a two-car garage, a large storage space and a private bedroom with a full bathroom. The second floor has a kitchen, a powder room and a great room that combines living and dining rooms.

On the third level are a master suite, a utility closet, two additional bedrooms and a full bath.

The condo, which was built by PLG Homes LLC, is heated by an efficient Hydronic heating system that allows various rooms to be heated at different temperatures.

Oak flooring covers the entry, which is accessed through a front door accented with an inset window. Steps away is a generous-size bedroom with a full bath. The entry level is completed by an extra-large storage closet carved from the stairwell and the garage with a single door that’s wired for an electric opener.

A flight of stairs ascends to the main level. Straight ahead is the inviting great room that’s highlighted by a gas fireplace trimmed with a slate tile hearth. Oak flooring covers the entire level, which also benefits from a 9-foot ceiling and radius corners.

Three square-shaped privacy windows and two additional windows brighten the area, along with a chandelier. A storefront door opens to 5-foot by 14-foot, balcony-style deck with aluminum railing that’s oriented toward the north.

The center-island-design kitchen has granite tile countertops, beech-paneled cabinets with crown molding and plant shelves, a two-compartment stainless steel sink, an appliance package and a walk-in pantry closet.

This level is completed with a powder room with a pedestal sink, a frosted glass privacy window, an alabaster light fixture and a vertical mirror.

An oversized window and a skylight above the stair landing brighten a switchback staircase that ascends to the third level.

Master suite appointments include a vaulted cathedral ceiling with a paddle-fan light fixture and a generously proportioned sleeping area. The room includes a walk-in wardrobe closet with ventilated wire storage shelves on three walls. The master bath has a single vanity topped with ceramic tile and a wood backsplash, a freestanding shower with a fiberglass shell, complementary vinyl flooring and an alabaster light fixture.

The two remaining bedrooms have standard closets with paneled sliding doors.

Features in the full bathroom include a vanity with a ceramic top, vinyl flooring and a shower/tub combination with a fiberglass shell.
