Alder Way is a neighborhood of 50 homes located near the junction of Interstates 5 and 405.
Nestled among the more established communities in the area, Alder Way offers a hard-to-find balance of lifestyle and location, according to David Duncan, the listing agent for the homes.
“We are seeing a lot of activity in and around Lynnwood these days, with some large new developments coming in,” Duncan said. “Our community is unique in that it sits among some very nice neighborhoods and mature landscapes in the area.”
Six of the first 15 homes being built are already sold with the remaining nine homes in various stages of construction – three of which will be move-in ready within the next 30 days.
“We’ve got a furnished model available for viewing, and buyers can walk through any of the homes currently under construction,” Duncan said. “I encourage everyone looking for a new home in Lynnwood to come out and take a close look at Alder Way.”
Built by Pacific Ridge Homes, the three- and four-bedroom residences at Alder Way range in size from 1,561 to 2,461 square feet and are priced from the mid-$200,000s. A $2,500 buyer bonus is available for those who work with one of the community’s preferred lenders.
There are eight floor plans, which Duncan said were created specifically for Alder Way. Customization options allow buyers to put their own touches on a new home.
“Every home here comes with the Pacific Ridge Premier Package of features,” Duncan said. “Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, gas fireplaces, extensive hardwood flooring, rounded drywall corners and tile countertops in the master bath are all standard on every home.”
Forced-air natural gas heat, 40-gallon gas water heaters, double-pane vinyl windows and a programmable thermostat maximize each home’s energy efficiency. State-of-the-art wiring and networking cables are also standard, and family rooms are wired for a wall-mounted flat-screen TV.
“Our standards can be costly upgrades at other new-home communities,” Duncan said.
Alder Way’s location is convenient for homeowners who work at Boeing’s Everett plant and Paine Field. Alderwood Mall is within walking distance of the community.
“It’s truly about location at Alder Way,” Duncan said. “We’re so close to Alderwood, the freeways, the Puget Sound — there’s something for everyone here.”
