The Machinists union has posted a copy of the full text of the Boeing Co.’s latest contract offer on its Web site.
After reading the initial summary, several Machinists suggested Tuesday that they see the offer as being the same as the last one, just spread out over four years instead of three.
Union leaders, along with Boeing negotiators, disagree with this assessment.
