After 4 Networking planned at Angel of the Winds casino
Economic Alliance Snohomish County has launched a new event series called After 4 Networking that offers attendees a chance for more meaningful engagement and networking. Join them from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. on Dec. 17 at Angel’s Tap House Brewery at the Angel of the Winds Hotel &Casino in Arlington. Real estate agents raise money, food for food banks
The 2015 Snohomish County Camano Association of Realtors Food Drive collected more than 67,000 pounds of food and raised nearly $43,000 in cash donations for local food banks in Snohomish County this year. Leading the way this year was Windermere GH of Edmonds who collected nearly 30,000 pounds of food and raised over $15,000 on their own. Finishing second was Windermere JS of Marysville.
New affordable apartments planned in Lynnwood
Almost 800 new affordable apartments will be built across Western Washington with $182 million approved by the Washington State Housing Finance Commission. This includes The Reserve at Lynnwood located at 19815 Scriber Lake Road. The AVS Communities project, based on a $42 million tax-exempt bond and $19.3 million estimated tax-credit equity, will provide 295 affordable apartments for seniors.
