Patti Dalrymple has been named Support Enforcement Program administrator for the Division of Child Support in Everett.

Jeri Wilkes of Everett is the new vice president of finance and administration at United Way of Snohomish County. Deborah Squires of Mukilteo is vice president of marketing and communications; Nicholas Sebo of Everett is manager of the individual development account initiative and VISTA; and Samantha Spitzer, of Mill Creek, is the agency’s new impact and investment manager.

Kate Reardon, public information officer for the city of Everett, has been named Woman of the Year 2004 by the Greater Everett Business &Professional Women’s Organization.

Quentin Powers and Lee Fitch have joined the Edmonds Community College Foundation Board. Powers is vice president and general auditor for Premera Blue Cross in Mountlake Terrace and a member of the local chapter of the Institute of Internal Auditors. Fitch owns CLF, Limited, an employee benefit firm in Mountlake Terrace, and is the vice president of the Snohomish County Estate Planning Council.

Ginger Wesley has been named director of investor relations for the Economic Development Council of Snohomish County.

Carolyn Davis has been named senior research associate for the Puget Sound Region of the Seattle offices of Cushman &Wakefield.

Warren “Skip” Schott and Ginger Desy have each earned certification from the Washington Association of Sewer and Water Districts Leadership Development Program in 2004. Both are commissioners of Cross Valley Water District.
