Renovate to sell: A team of real estate agents, lenders, inspectors and contractors offers a free class from 7 to 9 p.m. on the second Thursday of the every month with tips on turning a neglected home into a saleable property.
The Snohomish County Home Renovation Program topics will include identifying a home with “good bones,” and how to finance repairs and remodeling.
